Secopslearn provides three categories of offerings:

• Services: live training sessions on security operations and practical routines.
• Information Products: digital manuals and online tutorials.
• Goods: printed manuals and branded materials.

4. Orders and Fees

By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of registration or purchase. We accept major methods of payment.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Services are delivered on scheduled dates. Due to instructor commitments and venue arrangements, no refunds are issued for cancelled or unattended sessions. You may request to transfer your enrollment to a future session by submitting our contact form at least 7 days before the original session date. Transfers are subject to availability.

5.2 Information Products

Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than 10% of the digital content has been accessed. To request a refund, please complete our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed via reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5.3 Goods

If goods arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, you may request an swap or refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. To initiate a return, please use our contact form. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund via reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation

Requests to reschedule live sessions must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates. Cancellation requests for services or products must be submitted via our contact form. No cancellations are accepted for digital content beyond the 14-day review period outlined above.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, secopslearn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings. Our total liability is capped at the total fees paid for the specific offering in question.
